WEJHEROWO ALCOHOL The second similar sign is CROOKED. In Polish sign language we show “crooked” in the same way as “alcohol”, difference is in facial expressions. CROOKED ALCOHOL

What if we go overboard with alcohol? (5:30)

We have unpleasant consequences:
First: Hangover, Second: Vomiting, third: BE DRINK, fourth: ALCOHOL POISONING. Then profuse vomiting, also with blood, which may lead to dehydration. We usually associate alcohol with having fun. Unfortunately, not all have good associations. Alcohol abuse can lead to the disease – ALCOHOLISM, i.e. ALCOHOL DEPENDENCE. This problem is solved by:

  1. REHAB (in the sense of the clinic)
  2. THERAPY
  3. SUPPORT GROUPS or SELF HELP GROUPS, eg AA, or ALCOHOLIC ANONYMOUS.
  4. Help can also be given to CO-DEPENDENT people, i.e. the family of the sick person.

Driving after alcohol (sign signs, 7:56)

You must not drive a car after drinking alcohol. During the inspection, the policeman can carry out the ALCOHOL TEST or we can also go to the BLOOD TEST FOR THE PRESENCE OF ALCOHOL. The test result is given in PROMILS. There are two categories of intoxication:

  1. State indicating alcohol consumption (up to 0.5 per mille).
  2. State of intoxication (over 0.5 per mille).

For drunk driving there is a fine, imprisonment (arrest) and WITHDRAWING THE DRIVING LICENSE. Penalties also apply to a passenger who has agreed to be driven by a drunk driver.
